What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express through Paypal. You don't need to have a Paypal account to send a payment. After you made your purchase, you should receive an email from Paypal regarding your purchase. If you don't receive the email within 12 hours, please email us to confirm your order, or if you aren't comfortable with Paypal, please send us a money order or check.
Do you take phone orders?
No, we don't take phone orders. In order to lower our business expenses and to give our customers better price, we only accept orders online.

When will I receive my order?
We usually ship our products by UPS GROUND with insurance within 3 working days after payment is cleared. Depending on where you live, it takes between 1 to 5 business days to arrive. Except for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico as these will be shipped via Postal service. To help us ensure a prompt and speedy delivery please provide us with your phone number when you complete the payment.
Is it safe to give my information when I purchase item online?
All payments are processed through Paypal's secure server, the information you submit will be encrypted and secure, We use the information you provide only to complete the order. We do not share the information with any outside parties. And We use proprietary technology to help ensure all information is safe and secure.
Do you ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO address?
Sorry, we don't ship items to P.O.BOX and APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada?
Yes, Most of our products can be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico with additional shipping fee. And they will be shipped via either UPS or the US Postal Service. Please see shipping policies for more details.
What is your warranty?
Since we order our products straight through the manufacturer, you can be assured that you will receive a top quality product that will bring your cat years of enjoyment. If however any part of our product is broken within six months due to a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace it for free. After six months, we charge a small amount to replace broken parts.
Can I return the the product if I am not satisfied?
yes, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our products, you may return your item under the following conditions:
