Return Policy

We are so confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, we will
refund the purchase price (shipping not included) if you are not happy. You
must send the item back to us within 7 days of receipt. A restocking fee of
20% will be charged. Certain restrictions* apply (item must be received in
the same condition it was when it left our studio), please email us if you
have questions.

 Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: For now, we are only shipping to U.S. addresses within the 48 contiguous
states.  But we are willing to make exceptions, just email us at sistazz2@hotmail.com with your order to make arrangements.

Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
A: As our products are made in limited quantities, some items may be
temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you of the time it will take
for the item(s) to ship. The lead time for backorders ranges from 1-3 weeks.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, please contact us if you need wrapping services.

Q: What are your Pet Beds stuffed with?
A: All pet beds pillows are stuffed with 100% virgin polyester fiberfill.
