Measuring a dog for a crate
Measure dog’s height to the shoulders, and length from chest to rear of leg, then add 4”-6” to each measurement.measurement. See below for estimations by breed. For approximation only.

X-Small: Cat, Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, Maltese, Italian Greyhound
Small: Beagle, Boston Terrier, Cocker Spaniel, Pug
Medium: Basset Hound, Bulldog, Keeshond, Norwegian Elkhound, Dalmatian
Medium-Large: Boxer, Standard Poodle, Golden Retriever, Labrador
Large: Afghan, Doberman, German Shepherd, Irish Setter, Rottweiler, Collie
X-Large: Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Greyhound, Mastiff, Saint Bernard
Teacup is 11"L x 6" W x 8 1/4"H and holds up to 4 lbs
Small is 15 5/8"L x 8 1/2"W x 12 1/4"H and holds up to 15 lbs
Large is 17 5/8"L x 8 1/2"W x 14 1/4"H and holds up to 20 lbs

When dog is laying down, measure pet’s body length from base of tail to tip of nose, and add a minimum of 9”-12”. For bolster or cuddler style beds, add a minimum of 4”-6”.
